OUR DELIVERY PRICING AND ARRANGEMENTS
Where goods are available from stock, orders placed before 2pm Monday through Friday will normally be subject to same day dispatch. There are no dispatch or delivery services on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays or Statutory Holidays.
UK Deliveries
We will always aim to dispatch goods as quickly as possible with most of our UK deliveries being shipped using TNT and FedEx next day services. Where any single item weighs over 80kg a pallet delivery service may be used, we would then contact you to discuss delivery.
We offer free delivery to most UK addresses based on delivery zones which are set by our carriers. This covers most of the UK but may not apply to more remote areas such as Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland or Offshore areas. If you think you may be in a remote location, please contact us prior to making your purchase.
Whilst the majority of orders are delivered successfully, delivery dates are not guaranteed and parcels are not considered missing or lost until they are 48hrs past the expected delivery window.
Should goods not be available from stock, or be subject to an alternate delivery schedule this will be specified in the product information. Any delay will be communicated in writing within 1 working day.
Collection in Person - Important update
To keep things running smoothly and safely, we’re unable to offer customer collections from our premises under any circumstances.
Here’s why:
- Safety First: Our warehouse is a busy operational site and not designed for public access - your safety is our priority.
- Distribution Only: We’re a dedicated distribution centre, so we’re not set up for in-person visits or collections.
- No On-Site Payments: We don’t have facilities for cash or card payments at our location.
All orders will continue to be processed quickly and delivered straight to your door through our reliable delivery partners.
