Returns

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us to receive an authorisation number. Please contact the team at the ticketing desk to start the returns process.

The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packing charges and any original shipping charges are non refundable.  Goods should be returned in a new, unused condition and should be returned in the original packaging.

Goods which are manufactured specifically for an order and shipped correctly are not returnable.

If the wrong item is received it is the responsibility of the buyer to notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt.  Arrangements will then be made for the incorrect item to be collected and a replacement item to be dispatched.
